James Scholes<p>For the record, I think <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/accessible" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>accessible</span></a> diffs is a pretty hard problem to solve.</p><p>I've consulted on it with multiple large corporate entities. While such businesses invariably come with mismanagement across their <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/accessibility" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>accessibility</span></a> strategies, they do have to money to back the work. I'm yet to meet the accessible diffs interface that has come out of such work.</p><p>Do I expect an open source project with much more limited resources to get it right? No... which is kind of the point: Accessibility of complex data is too hard. I would be surprised if <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/Forgejo" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Forgejo</span></a> was doing better than it is.</p>
James Scholes<p>Looked at the pull request interface of <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/Forgejo" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Forgejo</span></a>. With a <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/screenReader" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>screenReader</span></a> and keyboard, there's no way to jump between PRs in the list without reading the info for each one, and the diffs are even less <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/accessible" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>accessible</span></a> than on <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/GitHub" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>GitHub</span></a>. <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/accessibility" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>accessibility</span></a></p>
Chris C<p>iOS Game. If you like Braille and a challenge then you will like the game Brailliance! Its like a Braille Wordle. Each word is made up of so many total dots and so many letters; like 5 letters with 13 dots. So for this word, the dots from each letter will add up to be a total of 13 dots. And of coarse its totally accessible with Voiceover. So give it a try. Here is the link to it in the app store... <br><a href="https://apps.apple.com/us/app/brailliance-learn-braille/id6478794947" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">apps.apple.com/us/app/braillia</span><span class="invisible">nce-learn-braille/id6478794947</span></a><br><a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/ios" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ios</span></a> <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/game" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>game</span></a> <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/Braille" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Braille</span></a> <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/Blind" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Blind</span></a> <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/Accessible" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Accessible</span></a> <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/Brailliance" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Brailliance</span></a></p>

One of my first assignments for <a href="https://allovertheplace.ca/tags/college" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>college</span></a> at <a href="https://allovertheplace.ca/tags/ColoradoChristianUniversity" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ColoradoChristianUniversity</span></a> is about fears relating to college, and I have to find Bible verses on fear. I've tried a few different websites like <a href="https://allovertheplace.ca/tags/BibleGateway" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>BibleGateway</span></a> and Youversion, but I'm having a hard time with the search functionality or there are <a href="https://allovertheplace.ca/tags/accessibility" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>accessibility</span></a> issues, so I'm wondering what tools others use.<br><a href="https://allovertheplace.ca/tags/Christian" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Christian</span></a> <a href="https://allovertheplace.ca/tags/Christianity" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Christianity</span></a> <a href="https://allovertheplace.ca/tags/BibleStudy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>BibleStudy</span></a> <a href="https://allovertheplace.ca/tags/CCU" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>CCU</span></a> <br><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://a.gup.pe/u/christians" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>christians</span></a></span> <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://a.gup.pe/u/mastoblind" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>mastoblind</span></a></span> <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://rblind.com/c/main" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>main</span></a></span></p>

Lynette<p>I know DiceWorld is popular with many of my followers. Is there any other kind of similar multiplayer game that you all like? Just curious if anything similar to DiceWorld exists that is <a href="https://caneandable.social/tags/accessible" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>accessible</span></a>. It doesn't have to be a dice game, but I'm not looking for another game like War Shovel. A card game would be nice, I love cribbage and euchre.</p>
Michael Hansen<p>I'm getting a new IPad shortly.<br>Are there any good <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/accessible" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>accessible</span></a> mediaplayers and recording-apps out there which aren't just the built-in memo and musicplayer-apps?<br>I'm asking because this IPad air has USBC so I can connect external drives to it and I'd like to play and record stuff on it without going through the standard apple-apps if possible.<br><a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/accessible" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>accessible</span></a> <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/accessibility" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>accessibility</span></a> <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/apple" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>apple</span></a> <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/blind" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>blind</span></a> <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/ipad" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ipad</span></a> <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/audio" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>audio</span></a> <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/music" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>music</span></a></p>

James Scholes<p>Hits from my Tuesday morning inbox:</p><p>1. An unsupervised, LLM-generated, and hence completely useless set of recommendations about how to implement <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/accessible" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>accessible</span></a> hovercards.</p><p>2. An email suggesting that accessible websites are ugly websites, and therefore we need some sort of cookie in everyone's browser describing what access technology they use so they can be directed into the appropriate "ghetto". This was sent to the <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/ARIA" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ARIA</span></a> Authoring Practices mailing list for some reason.</p><p>Considering going back to bed.</p><p><a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/accessibility" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>accessibility</span></a></p>
