I confess that I left out the eastern countries. So why does upgrading this <a href="https://aus.social/tags/Mac" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Mac</a> involve sitting looking at a black screen and a progress bar for fifteen minutes and a restart at the end?
