salix sericea (@Ripple13216)Three years ago, we found a tiny apricot tree sprouted from a kernel in the compost heap. Planted it and cared for it. it now has its first fruit, about five little apricots!This year's count of new oak trees from acorns hidden by squirrels is 12. Will be potted and given away next year when they can survive on their own.Grape vine cutting has roots & leaves. By one, get many free, 😃. First lavender is in full bloom. Lots of bees enjoying it. Cellon. The oak's circumference is 30 feet, it is 85 feet tall and its crown spread is 160 feet."It has an 80 foot horizontal "spider" trunk that lays on the ground creating a natural pergola. There's even a picnic table amidst the branches! (not shown) In the past dozen years or so this amazing limb was cracked (over my shoulder to the left in photo) and is now supported by large poles.
