Nehmt weiter an, das Buch sei noch nicht gemeinfrei, weil der Tod des Autors noch nicht lange genug zurück liegt.</p><p>Darf sie </p><p>(a) von dem Buch ein Digitalisat (Scan+OCR) <em>anfertigen,</em><br>(b) dieses Digitalisat den Bibliotheksbenutzer:innen <em>technisch zugänglich machen</em> (bspw. im Rahmen einer Volltextsuche über das Inhalt des Mediums),<br>(c) dieses Digitalisat den Bibliotheksbenutzer:innen <em>zum Download anbieten?</em></p><p>Retröts gerne.
