jenbanim
Tried a natural process #coffee for the first time and I was both intrigued and slightly disgusted in a good way. For the uninitiated this is where the fruit is left on the coffee beans, unlike washed coffee where it is removed, resulting in a fermented flavor similar to kimchi

Not sure it's something I'd have often but it was worth trying. Normally I really dislike acidity in coffee, but I felt like it almost gave the sourness context making it fit better with the rest of the flavor
