OMG 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 :linux:<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://nrw.social/@Chaotica" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>Chaotica</span></a></span><br>Heutzutage hat das viele Fallstricke, im Bios/UEFI Bios, UEFI oder Legacy eingestellt?</p><p>Das wäre der erste Ansatz, umstellen,neustart. Wenn es bootet, kann man erst einmal so arbeiten.</p><p>Eine alte Festplatte für Bios ist MBR formatiert, für UEFI GTP.</p><p>Bei mir war das oft im Dualboot, dass das auf Legacy zurück gesprungen ist und nicht mehr ging.</p><p>Mein Tipp:</p><p>Alle Daten sichern.<br>Ganz sauber auf UEFI stellen, <br>Festplatte löschen auf GTP einstellen<br>Linux installieren</p><p>Für Windows eine VM unter Linux nutzen und die alten Windowsordner da rein kopieren.</p><p>Es ist Aufwand, aber langfristig das sicherste.</p><p>Beim Neugerät direkt so starten, weil es Bios/Legacy nicht mehr geben sollte.</p><p>Lösungstipp:<br>Es kann sein, dass der Grub von Linux zerschossen wurde, mit dem man sowohl ins Linux als auch Windows booten kann. Wenn ihr frisch installiert, geht Neuinstallation schneller. In 1-2 Jahren, wenn was mit Grub ist, wollt ihr das aber sicher fixen. Egal ob UEFI oder legacy.</p><p>Windows bootet einwandrei und Linux vom Stick auch. Aber beim Installationsversuch gibt es halt die Auswahlmöglichkeit "Parallel zu Win" nicht mehr.</p><p>Ideen wie man zurück zum Ausgangszustand kommt?</p>
