Something reminded me of one of the most enlightening things that has ever happened to me, I had just started out in the fire Department and we were at the state training academy doing live fire training. I had a hoseline and was going to advance it down a hall to the fire room. The room was really ripping when I got into position near the door one instructor on my left yelled "open it out" while the instructor on the right side yelled "close it down"
