Many apps collect client data without clear consent. That’s an ethical time bomb. Lawyers must implement explicit, informed consent processes, especially for digital and #IoT contexts.

#IoT Devices such as voice assistants, smart cams, and thermostats in your office might be listening. If your space has sensors, assume they’re recording. Audit. Disable. Replace. Confidentiality depends on it.
