A cloudy Saturday morning, ahead of chances of rain later today, and tomorrow . We had a quiet walk although a bit more folks and dogs for this early were there.

Living with a husky is often like having a constant toddler around Always have to answer back. Good to see this boy getting back to himself after a few health issues. Antibiotics and painkillers doing the job!

It's the first day of spring, they said. It was summer yesterday at 79F/26C, and we have a freeze warning tonight. Kengo came right back inside as it's windy and cold out there. We have an expression in Japan 花冷え（hanabie), a cold snap at the time of cherry blossoms. It's just that as azalea began blooming here. One more day.

#Humpday I never felt the hump so much as slow-reacting drivers inching when there's no wreck or anything. Another 90-minute drive home. It's got to stop.
Anyway, good boy Kengo patiently waited and enjoyed his supper after barking for it a lot.
We spent some peaceful and therapeutic moments in the yard where fallen magnolia petals and tiny whitish flowers.
