Many have called Trump the worst president ever. However, under his 1st presidency, he did not come close to causing the amount of death that occurred under the leadership of Bush Jr., whose War on Terror brought him into the top 20 of most murderous regimes in the history of earth.

But Trump 2.0 is set to be far more deadly. His cuts to HIV program funding in Africa, alone, is predicted to result in over 500,000 deaths of children, along with 2.8 million orphaned when their parents die of AIDS.
