No, this is a horribly wrong point, if the point is that the authority that Marxists advocate for is the same as the authority that capitalists advocate for. Capitalists advocate for themselves to be the ruling class and to have authority over the working class. Marxists advocate for the proletariat (that is, the majority of society) to be the ruling class, to have authority over the bourgeoisie, and to eventually abolish class altogether.

Excellent video from YouTube channel revolutionaryth0t on the successes and failures of women's liberation in the USSR, with takeaways for future liberation efforts:

One crucial rule: don't target the average when designing, legislating, etc; instead, get as close to end-to-end coverage of the spectrum as you can.

#Trump and his unchecked actions are proving our point that this is not a nation of #freedom or #justice for the #workingclass. It is a nation of #authoritarian rule in which the #market and #capitalism take presidence over health of society. With all its oppression and exploitation world wide #capitalism is still failing in real time.

The answer is #socialism and #communism in which the workers are empowered to seize the means of production for their benefit and to abolish the ruling class. ⚒

Graphs in this post are extremely interesting about the separation of #Germany. Post is from 11 years ago.

The Berlin Wall fell 25 years ago, but Germany is still divided

"After the fall of the #Berlin Wall, formerly communist eastern German companies and factories suddenly had to compete with their much more efficient western counterparts. #Capitalism came too fast. Many eastern German companies went bankrupt and some regions never recovered from the shock. Until today, income levels are much lower in the east than in the west."
"Why did right-wing politicians prosper in the once-communist east. The explanation is complex, but scientists often attribute it to a mixture of anti-leftist worldviews after the wall fell and the economic downturn in the east. Many people were disillusioned by Western capitalism, but few wanted a return to #communism. Right-wing politicians were quick to fill the void. "
