Often but not always. For example, this URL shows all (deduplicated) certificates for mastodon world:

crt.sh/?Identity=mastodon.worl

Off topic, just to explain "deduplicate": modern certificates may have two "versions" logged in "certificate transparency":

1) A preliminary certificate (pre-certificate) signed by the issuer, but deliberately made invalid in such a way that browsers do no accept it as valid;

2) A "leaf" certificate, counter-signed by some other certificate providers, and usually considered valid by browsers (provided that it has not expired and was not revoked).

The "deduplicate" parameter (it can be seen and checked in the "advanced" view (crt.sh/?a=1) may select any of the two possibilities (you may either see an invalid preliminary certificate *or* a valid leaf certificate.
