One of the finest views in #Scotland sits amidst the towering #mountains of Torridon. The summit itself is a flat shelf with steep drops to the south, providing an uninterrupted vista of the expansive glen beyond. The mountain itself is not on many people's lists; not surprising given it's dramatic neighbours. But, as a photographer, it is often these lower peaks that offer the best opportunities for images!
Need some #FollowerPower as I found this picture in my archive and have no clue anymore where exactly this spectacular landscape is. All I know it is in Toscane, Italy and is part of a larger area with more pools and smaller waterfalls. Any help is appreciated.

For #MountainMonday - Mount Shuksan reflecting in a tarn with just a bit of sunset light still touching the top. This area in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest in Washington State, USA, is a bit of a cliche location, but it is hard to pass up 360° scenery like this.

In case you didn't know, it's a volcanic neck, remnant of an explosive volcanic eruption that occurred around 30 million years ago.
Somewhere in the Middle-Earth, I mean New Zealand. The peach colour and how it barely touches the peak is my favourite thing about this photo.
