There are two ways I know of to follow #RSS feeds on Mastodon: Bridgy Fed and RSS Parrot.

Dear Fediversians, do you have any recommendations for a RSS reader? Preferably one that works cross platform. Open source is nice. Commercial also okay but then in Europe and privacy friendly please.

What's up everyone? I'm on the #RSS reader hunt. I think I've found something, it's just old. It's still around though. #Miniflux was recently, well sometime recently changed to trend toward timeline view, when I don't know. That is instead of subscription view, which I like better!, a whole lot better! Anyway, there's an older version of #Miniflux that doesn't do this, thing is it's a fairly old one because it was before their rewrite lol.

I’m looking for a platform that could retrieve posts from common social media websites and turn them into #RSS feed address to copy in your RSS aggregator client, so you don’t need to go to the websites themselves. Something a bit like xcancel.com (for #Twitter) that I just discovered thanks to @techlore but that would work with #Instagram, #Facebook and #Linkedin. Does anyone know something like that?

Linux users - I've been using Feedly since Google tried to kill RSS and it's now pretty much infested with AI and pushing AI features.

So I'm looking for free rss reader reccs, preferably via Browser

I'm using my weekend to tidy up my Podcast and RSS feed. It's getting out of hand, so I'm starting from scratch. I made a backup, just in case I want to go back to my chaos later.

Tomorrow, my dad is coming over for a visit and we'll have some coffee.

Does anyone have a shared RSS reader / sync service set up with their (software development) team? The idea being that the team members add blogs they find beneficial to the team's work.

I started thinking about this today in the bus to home and I'd love to work in such a team one day.
