Do any users of #GIMP on #Linux know how to install the in-development version of the Resynthesizer plugin, called the "resynthesizer3 branch"?
Despite being a Linux user, I've maybe "cloned, built and installed" two things since 2019...so I need instructions-for-dummies.
I'm just missing a couple of the healing functions from Resynthesizer as it was far better at it than I am doing it manually.

Linux Mint because it is user friendly and works out of the box. The graphical desktop environment "Cinnamon" is quite similar to windows, but much better.
Could anyone spare a "Like" for these kids who are trying to plant some seeds of Open Source in the USA Midwest?

I will try to hide my smugness at becoming a #Linux person again. Just put #LinuxMint on and it was crazy easy. Took less time than deactivating all the privacy and security problems on a fresh #windows10 install.
Linux is not just for computer people anymore. I urge you to try it. Just install alongside windows while you get used to it if you are worried. #fuckmicrosoft

When people ask for distro advice, I always suggest Mint because it's reliable and just works.
I love that my Debian desktop and laptop doesn't bombard me with constant ads and tracking like Windows 10/11 does.
Sure, tools like Chris Titus's winutil can help debloat Windows, but for me, switching to Linux Mint is the way to go.
