Another #Yasso800 day: 6 laps with predicted #marathon finish time 3:27 -- 4 minutes slower than a few week ago, and I didn't even do 8 laps! I felt easily tired today: HR is fine, but legs got tired faster, and breathing felt heavier.
About max HR: I finally revised it down from 175 to 170 -- it's been months now since I saw my HR went above 170. In fact I'm having trouble making it go faster than 165! I hope it means I'm more efficient now other than a simple reason -- aging...
