Hey everyone, it's Lily. I need to share something really heavy that's been weighing on me lately. Last night, around 10:10 PM, I was hit with a storm of hateful comments that targeted everything from my age and my religious beliefs to the work I do in the Mastodon community. It was shocking and painful to see these messages splashed across my friend’s Discord server in the exposing channel for everyone to see.

What made it even worse was that one of these hateful posts wasn’t just about insults—it actually revealed my personal information. This person went ahead and shared my photo, my home address, and even the name of my school. Although the moderators on that server managed to ban him, he wasn’t done. He threatened to leak our private Discord chat online, sending some of the harshest and most disturbing messages I’ve ever received. He even warned that he’d expose my family’s accounts and target my cousin Nicholas.

This situation has affected not only me but also the people I care about. My sister Mina, who some of you might know as Mint, ended up in tears after she was kicked out of her social media group. Her friends changed the group password, and her best friend Dave ended up blaming her for what was happening—all because of this mess that started with me.

I'm sharing this because it's been incredibly overwhelming and I feel like you all deserve to know what’s been going on. It’s hard not to feel broken up inside when something like this happens, and I’m still trying to figure out how to move forward. I really appreciate everyone who’s reached out to offer their support during this tough time. Thank you for being here for me.
